Yeah, but therein lies the problem. Passing a law won't allow them to charge someone retroactively. So whether we like it or not, them executing a no knock warrant wasn't unlawful at the time. What we need to know is whether they actually did identify themselves and what precisely started the shooting. It sounds like they didn't announce themselves and that they started shooting before they even got into the house, so even if they were justified at the time for fulfilling a no knock warrant, they did it in a way that was criminal.

But they have found them to be covering all their tracks and not following procedure until waaay after the fact. To me, I would think that's a criminal act within itself. This is the direct result of when the department and the DA office is in bed with eacj other. And the Feds are dragging they asses allowing them time to essentially "get everything right"

He said in his own words that he has never experienced that type of racism. Also he was in a program started by Moscow Mitch so that should tell you everything you should know about dude. He was probably gone say no charges will be filed today but he's giving all these businesses time to board up. And it's A LOT of businesses boarding up so you know what time it is

This decision of if there will be charges or not is taking a long time. I heard they were nearing a decision on Thursday
They don’t want to charge those officers. They have no choice. Charge AND convict those bitch’s. You’re not above the law just because you wear a badge.
