How long did it take? I filled out the request and they want me to ship it to them. I was expecting them to send me a new one and I just send them the bad one back in the same box
I need to find out if you can control your PS5 on the app like you could with the PS4. Otherwise I wont be able to use it while the controller is getting fixed lol

Not really. They just trying to keep the revenue coming in. A lot of very light gamers pick up old consoles when the generations change. My brother in law is like that. He's been trying to get a PS4, but the supply is low and people selling them are charging damn near as much for a PS4 as what you have to pay for a PS5. Sony will get a few sales doing this.

Facts. Even tho XBox is easier to get i put up my Xbox One on market place for 200 dollars and i had over 50 replies and sold it. Im sure the PS4 aint no different.
