The black man didn't die, so that's good, but this shit is wild man.
TLDW - A black man was delivering papers in white neighborhood at 2:30am. A sheriff that lives in the neighborhood saw the black man's headlights and decided to go outside and start following him around. The black man recognized the sheriff so he drove back to the sheriff's house got out and asked why he was following him. The sheriff then proceeded to block the black man in, call 9/11 and tell them that his life was in danger and that the black man had threatened to kill him. They send 42 cops out to handle the situation. How this guy made it out of this alive is a mystery. You can hear on the video one of the cops yelling at him to stop fidgeting in the car. You know what that means. They were looking for a reason to let loose.
