You would have several books and play whoever has the best promo for your game. For instance DKs had round1 KO $1 wins $264. My book had Round1 or Round2 KO DoubleWinnings. I was too lazy to open a DK account, so I bet Poirier $50 to win $110 at Stake. Round1 KO, so I got $220. But I had to risk $50 instead of $1. But my multiplier was added on to Poirier winning as a freebie. At DKs, you HAD to get Round1 KO to win $264 from your $1.

We have too many promos to name them all. My NFL/MLB is 4th quarter or 9th inning lead and lose, get your money back. There’s 2 or 3 comebacks every Sunday. With that promo, you don’t have to sweat close games.
