Funny thing is I've been in IRS collections before and fulfilled a payment plan with them. Never have I received a piece of mail without a notice number and some dollar amount either refunded or billed. Never have they given me "Revenue Officer" number and gave toll free number instead.

Plus I just submitted my taxes a week ago. Coincidence?
