They should have never been punished in the first place but I don't think it applies

Chris Webber and Jalen Rose got money from a booster and it wasn't the NCAA that punished them....it was Michigan

The fact that the NCAA told players they couldn't have a side hustle cuz they were "amateurs" was ludacris.

cfb and cbb is too damn big for the players to not get a slice of the pie
