Really good movie. I took a break mid way through.

Here a chest sheet if you want to brake it up into 4 parts

I was listening to the Bill Simmons Podcast and he said the Hoffa hit depicted in the Irishman has been debunked numerous times

I didn’t even know it was over 3 hours long, I pressed play and couldn’t take my eyes away. I’m glad I knew a few names from watching Godfather of Harlem so I wasn’t totally lost on who is connected to who. I loved everything about this movie and if this was De Niro/ Pacino/ Pesci Hollywood Finale then DAMN! This is how you let niggas know the difference between the art of story telling and just plain ole reading lines:think2: That finally scene though....

I thought the best parts of the movie where when deniro and pesci both got old in prison.

Pesci was amazing playing an old dying gangster. The subtle details with his face were great

Exactly what I got from it. Letting him play the calm dignified boss for a change instead of the hothead loudmouth. Like the scene where they pulled him off that job of bombing the linen place with Harvey Keitel.

I don’t think he said more than 2 words, but the face acting where they were saying “you don’t know how good a friend you have right here.” conveyed everything that was left unsaid

Chronic = Goodfellas
2001 = Casino
Compton = The Irishman

A decent one time watch. Nothing memorable. MFs waited too long and they too old.

Cosign most definitely, because I finally got a chance to watch it. Have to said this movie was just about a bunch of old guys beefing with each others and all. Nothing huge or exciting just old men shit that's it.

Yeah, I think people hyped it up too much. That said, it was one of those movies that got better as it went on. It started off pretty meh to me. By the end, I was like "That was pretty good."
