Maybe some kind of coercion, incitement, accomplice, or hate crime charge. Or all the above.
But that all depends on other factors that would be very hard to prove at this point.
The only thing that might have some legs is a perjury charge.
IMO the only sure way to deliver justice is to break the law here.
