I think what the article is trying to say is they think none of the items she made out of thin air are real outside the Hex which is why the Hex version of Vision started to come apart when he tried to leave. The items that were real before she made the Hex got morphed into something new and are very real so it is tangible and able to be tracked.
So if the Hex version of Vision isn't real how was SWORD able to track an imaginary Vibranium signal in the real world? Of course the writer of the article doesn't know for sure if their theory is correct about why the Hex version of Vision started coming apart when he tried to leave or if things she created out of thin air will not survive once the Hex is over. I just posted it because it's an interesting thing that could potentially be a plot hole and another topic to chat about. Lol
