Good question. To many sex is kissing and feeling on this or that. I personally think if we're not engaged in the actual act then we didn't have sex. I just felt something and that's it
 
Non genital penetration is foreplay

Genital penetration is sex

Oral sex to completion is sex

Oral play DNC foreplay

So is it apart of sex? Yes in the broad sense of the word. If ya meat don't get no cutty tho, you sir DID NOT have sex

Some people look at tongue kissing as being too intimate. More intimate than sex.

@AP21 on a scale of 1-10 how attractive would you say the woman who don't like to kiss is?

My hypothesis is that they weren't really attractive growing up and never or rarely got kissed so they grew up like "fuck kisses".
