Is Anyone On Here Vegan/Vegetarian?

I was Vegetarian from December 2013 to 2017. Now, I am Pescatarian and only eat Fish. I'm thinking about going pure Vegan. I've never done it before. Have plans to speak with a Nutritionist to get started.

I went Vegetarian for about 4mos while I was deployed to Africa in 2019. I had to alter my diet a bit after 4 mos just because of the options we had while I was out there

I will say I liked the way my body responded while I was going meatless. Felt lighter and cleaner and more energetic. Also I looked great.

I want to go back to that diet but its much harder to be consistent here in the states for me personally just because I have to consider other people in my household

Been vegan since 2014. My ultimate goal is grow all my fruits,veggies and herbs. Only getting things I need from black local farmers. Take your time. I recommend reading books and or going to non westernized nutrition specialist. Do your own research by seeing how your body feels.

I'm not vegan or vegetarian, but my oldest has been a vegetarian since she was about 5 yrs old once he realized that we ate the animals that he loved so much. So I ate a whole lot of meatless meals by default.
