COMMUNITY How strong is your accent?

I don’t have an accent for real. After moving out west, I’ve seen that people expect me to have a southern accent cuz I’m from Virginia but they hear me talk and say it’s strange that I don’t have accent at all.

I remember first moving to NC from Jersey and people knew off the bat that I was from up north by the way I talked. The accent is not as bad from when I first moved, but you can still tell I'm from Jersey.

My accent is very noticeable when I'm in different cities etc.

I don't think I have a noticeable accent, but most people say that I sound either country or white depending on where they are from
