If something like this happened. The only right thing for the millionaire to have done would have been to sue for full custody, which he would have gotten because a) he has millions of dollars and b) the chick did some foul shit to have the kid in the first place. Then if the millionaire didn't actually want the child, he could have put it up for one of those adoptions where they don't tell the parents anything about where the kid is being sent.
