I fucks with HOAs. They trash but it saves you from having trash neighbors

No HOA. THANK goodness my neighbors and most of my street are clean people but my neighborhood is attached to another neighborhood and that side looks rough. It sucks cause I’m two houses away from that neighborhood. It’s some houses in our neighborhood that make me wish we did have it though.
