This story sounds like 100% bullshit. Dude has no money yet was able to pay a small army of mercenaries to kill a whole ass president and also happened to have ammo, part of the costume and guns in his house?

I'm not saying he wasn't involved but it looks like there was no way he was bankrolling/masterminding that shit at all. Dude is the perfect patsy.

And who involves 24 people to execute a high level assassination conspiracy? The way it's looking to me is that the goal wasn't to replace or install a new leader but to simply cause chaos and keep Haiti destabilized at least for the time being and everything went according to plan.
