Former Dolphins HC Brian Flores is suing the NFL, teams for racial discrimination

it's about the pipeline.........and the top players not being willing to protest



truthfully it starts at the roots in HS with how they recruit players to these PWIs

those players come up feeling comfortable taking orders from these white dudes

then come into the league and get life changing money from white faces

afterwards they retire/leave the league and some are interested in coaching/leadership positions

only to find out they never had a way into those pipelines and they screwed themselves way back when they were players for supporting the bullshit


no different then when we let our black sons get recruited by white coaches and then be surprised they get left behind when the coach decides to move on for a better opportunity..........we tell our sons to stay put instead of telling them to hit the transfer portal too
 
Hate to say it, but he's probably done as far as head coaching jobs go.


Damn shame too because he did a good job in Miami.


But, right or wrong, the other owners are gonna freeze him out because of the situation with him and the Dolphins' owner.
