My daughters will always receive love and kindness from their parents regardless of what they do. But that love doesn't mean my wife and I have to put up with disrespect.

And didn't Rue's mom kick her out in the show too? Lol

She got it right when she od' and sent her to rehab.

For some strange reason on here a lot people just ASSUME the worst or go to extremes if your thoughts and opinions don't match theirs.
 
I felt for all the kids at the end except for nate...

They nailed the casting of zendaya for rue. Character is so serious that you need somebody who can lighten it up. Rues a really good kid tho with a tragic addiction problem...

I think this is gonna end up like the leftovers and go about 3 seasons. That should take them to right around graduation.
