Dr.Dre's wife files for divorce

300k a month in spousal support? Not even child support... She ain't never getting married again. Just smashing whoever. Does she have any stipulations that she has to abide by?

Nigga... Stop typing, that was NEVER a part of divorce law until the 60's when California instituted it and it spread across the country slowly afterwards. And it ain't even that every state allows a woman to get half your shit OR even get huge amounts of money. Some states cap how much she can get, some limit the amount of time she can get alimony, some don't allow for an automatic "half".

Until the early 1900's a divorce meant the woman was ass out. The husbands were always given custody of the children and retained the family property and money. This was changed in England the late 1800's so the woman could get her property back that she had before marriage, but the kids, money, and property acquired during marriage went to the man, who was also the automatic custodial parent. The British change trickled over here sometime in the early 1900's and women also gained their personal property back in a divorce.

It's not about if they money is ours..We don't like seeing black men getting took to the cleaners. Especially, coming from a poor area like Compton.

Yeah a nigga with close to a billion dollars got taken to the cleaners for having to pay a small percentage to his ex wife of 20+ years...Dre really gonna be hurting now and we'll never get Detox cuz he can't keep the lights on in the studio. You should start a gofundme for him
