I can't relate. I need conflict resolution for major things to move forward.
I'm assuming because most black men don't won't to express themselves because it's considered too "feminine" and when trying resolve shit it can be assume we think women just "trying to whine or argue or PMSing". I can see all those things being factors of conflict resolution.I know the topic is mostly about the dumb conclusion that chick made, but I think that characterization of black men's conflict resolution style is dubious too. We are typically seen as too aggressive, so how did they come to the conclusion that black men favor avoidance?
