Maybe 5 or 6 years back I used to work security at a high rise condo building. Used to be bored as hell most nights and a lot of times I would bring some weed or an edible for the journey home. If it was an edible type of night I would eat it maybe 40/45 mins before the end of my shift so I would be flying on my walk home
One night I ate one, but it kicked in quicker than normal. And right as it kicked in, someone broke into the property. I'm high as hell and I hear some glass break and the burglar alarm go off, along with some rustling in one of the ground level offices.
I call the cops. Right after, my relief shows up, but because my boy didn't really speak English well enough to file a report I had to deal with the cops baked out of my mind.
It took like 25 minutes to handle that, all while working the video equipment and not sounding like a total moron.
In a testament to the strength of edibles though, I was still really high after all of that
