@ the bold, Nah he wasn't. The way he tells it, this was his "wake up call" to not be out in the streets no more on some fuck shit and get his life together.
He never took a plea deal to anything relating to sexual assault, rape etc on the girl.
What he claimed was that he initially got hemmed up on this but he gave dna, blood etc and so them charges couldn't stick.
Instead because he organised everything (i.e. got the place where the alleged rape occurred, got the girls which includes the alleged underaged victim and brought the alcohol), he plead to "contribution to delinquency of a minor" (CDM) which @ThaManMythLegnd rightly points to.
Quick Google search and the definition of CDM is: Any action by an adult that allows or encourages illegal behavior by a person under the age of 18, or that places children in situations that expose them to illegal behavior. Contributing to the delinquency of a minor can be as simple as keeping a child home from school and thus, making the child a truant. It also can manifest itself in more serious behavior. For example, an adult who commits a crime in the presence of a child can be charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, as can an adult who serves alcoholic beverages to anyone under the legal drinking age. Still more egregious is sexual exploitation, which could include having sexual relations with minors or engaging in the production or trafficking of Child Pornography.
In summary, he plead to putting that girl in a situation that resulted in her alleged rape.
Again not saying he didn't rape the girl, just outlining what CtG stated and what some of the court documents I saw actually show.

Detectives yesterday arrested a popular disc jockey with one of the city's leading hip-hop stations for making on-air threats to track down and sexually abuse the 4-year-old daughter of a rival.
The disc jockey, Troi Torain of WWPR-FM, who goes by the name D.J. Star on the air, was called to police headquarters in Lower Manhattan yesterday to surrender his target pistol license and his 9-millimeter handgun, the police said.
When Mr. Torain, 42, showed up at about 1 p.m., he was met by detectives from the Hate Crimes Unit and was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor, the police and the Manhattan district attorney's office said. Mr. Torain's comments from the station, known as Power 105, over several days in early May put the girl in danger, the police said.
Mr. Torain was fired on Wednesday, a week after his rant against his rival, D.J. Envy of WQHT-FM, known as Hot 97. His termination came after criticism from some City Council members who pushed for his prosecution and called for an investigation by the Federal Communications Commission.
In a May 3 broadcast, Mr. Torain mentioned D.J Envy's wife and two children and threatened to find and sexually abuse his daughter.
"I'll come for your kids," Mr. Torain said that day, adding that he would pay $500 to anyone who told him where the girl attended school. Mr. Torain, who is black, also used racial and sexual epithets about D.J. Envy's wife, Gia Casey, 27, who is part Asian.
In an interview before his arrest yesterday, Mr. Torain sounded more contrite. "I apologized," he said. "I'm a rational man, 42 years of age. What rational man would say something with the intent to do harm to a child?"

CTG has spoken about this several times. He said his friends at the time loved fucking with him and told him the cops came and arrested his friend for some BS to do with the party & he needed bail. So instead of making sure, he went down to the station to bail him out and said it was his party. Thats when the police told him they dont have anyone but kept him for questioning.
He said intially the girl kept saying his name cuz it was the only name she really knew at that party even tho he wasnt there. We're going to keep getting mostly old vague stories like this about everyone because our "journalists" dont really do any journalism. They'll report almost any story that has a good headline, that will get them clicks or views. The dont ask any real questions for fear of people online saying they're victim blaming.
