Thaddeus Anim-Somuah began his career at chemical engineering company Croda with a project aimed at decreasing the company's emissions by 25%. He now oversees engineering projects such as building a new $56 million carbon-neutral plant. When he's not leading behavioural safety for 350 people, he volunteers with newly-arrived refugees.

Before joining ITN, Kpamika worked at Sky News. A documentary about the knife crime epidemic in the UK got her a nomination for the UK's #30toWatch Young Journalists of the Year.
