Soulja Boy is the most gangsta rapper in the game today. That girl mod on the show has just won dumbest question of the year and it's only January smh. She asked him "Why you have so many businesses tho?" Wtf!!!!!!!!! kinda question is that

In capitalism, you don't really try to do everything. You do one thing and you aim to do it better than everyone. It's been that way for awhile. If you spread your time and energy across a lot of different projects then the company who does only one thing will surpass you and you get locked out of that market.

I see your point but that is not necessarily true... Its not like entrepreneurs (generally) physically take charge of their secondary business like they did their first one which they are normally masters off... Businessmen, like Jay for example who have their fingers in loads of different pies have people who specialise in particular fields run or take charge in different areas... Jay, Nas or Akon can then keep on top of the businesses by attending meetings and signing off on promos etc most entrepreneur own several different and diverse businesses...

I gotta strongly disagree my dude. I was a longtime person who didnt grow up. I wanted to have my hand in everything. I'm currently learning this lesson and let's be real:

who has ever been dope at 2 genres other than some exceptions?

1) Will
2) Cardi
3) Pac
4 ) Big
5) Kast

it's not a lot who can be legendary in 2+ categories

Im not talking about musical genres bro, I thought we were taking about having multiple business ventures... People with the right connections and advisers can thrive in more then one sector... Like I said for example Jay, Nas and Akon who all have various types of business interests... I assume Akon didnt know enough about cryptocurrency and was it solar energy or electrics to start them ventures off by himself, but it was something he believed he could succeed in, so with the right people around him who are clearly experts in that field, he has managed to thrive, with the right managing directors etc

Take artists now with their own alcohol, they dont personally brew it or grow the grapes themselves, they get experts and advisers...

Alright I see your references and raise you this: Those three dudes paid a lot of money on advisors. Does Soulja?

I have no idea, but you didnt specify Soulja Boy, you said 'in capitalism, you don't really try to do everything. You do one thing and you aim to do it better than everyone.'... I was just saying that there are plenty of moguls that have their fingers in alot of pies and make a fortune outta all of them... I agree though, that if youre just starting out and dont have the luxury of having experts in other lanes around you, then its prolly best to just master youre own lane...
