I fully expect games these days to be buggy as shit when they're first released. Devs are lazy as hell when it comes to ensuring bug free games because you can always throw a patch out there later thanks to high speed internet.

I'm gonna wait until I get a new Radeon RX card for my machine to get it. I really need a new card and I wanna play this with all the bells and whistles going. Plus that'll give it time to get some of the bugs under control.

The only negative thing ive experienced in the game is a couple hours where the server was down but the website showed servers were live and occasionally when doing a quick mission, the quest marker never shows up so you have to leave the game and do a new mission.
Never experienced the game crashing my ps4 but i've read thats only for the Digital copies and I always buy physical.
They have a patch coming out on 3/12/19 that is going to fix a lot of things and add some tweaks to the game play and items. At the press event they said they plan on having new content out by the end of the month.

Still trying to figure out a video card for my PC. Can't go crazy on the upgrade like I had wanted 'cause I can't upgrade the PSU on it (thank's a lot Dell!).
