Houston is known for it Vietnamese population, so we got a gang of restaurants.

My #1 choice is
Ba Mien Bistro

Beef vermicelli bowl is a must.

A very close #2 is
Old Saigon

The Pho (noodle soup) is where its at

Kind of set up like Chipotle. They have a number of items you can mix and match in a. Bowl with basmati or brown rice.

This is a vegetable bowl topped with cilantro and onion and a vegetable samosa.
