i think we have a winner!!!

These came out AMAZING! So crispy and juicy without being fried. I did the lemon pepper like you suggested. Anyone who hasn't tried these, please do.

I gotta get one of them racks. I tried it without it and it wasn't as crispy a pictured.

I never tried a clam in my life. I wonder how this would taste with crab, shrimp or chicken.

Me either. But the clam was good.
This was my first time making it. You can substitute the clams for all of those. The next one i make will have crab and shrimp.
