Rodgers ain't just trying to be seen as a good QB of this era. He wants to be in the argument for the best of this era. He needs more than one championship for that.
I don't think folks see Rodgers and a good qb now. I see him better than a good qb now. Brees is better than a good qb. And like you said he put up great numbers and both will probably be 1st time h.o.f.
I see the teams/player with multiple rings like Brady,manning,Montana and Charles haley it just makes you a shoe-in for h.o.f. and puts you in the rare air of the others that got multiple rings.

I agree with everything you say, but I think you're underestimating their competitiveness. Rodgers knows he's a shoe-in for the HoF. That's not a concern for him. He's competing against people like Brady and Manning now. I think Brady is basically untouchable as GOAT now, but Rodgers can make a case for number 2 with another Superbowl.
I get the competition side but Going up against one of the manning brothers or even Ben though I'd put Rodgers above them 3 right there despite the amount of rings. And I agree with you on Brady it'll be years and years before we see something like that again.
