Indiana and Portland did excellent tank jobs to position themselves for a potential top 5 pick especially down the stretch

San Antonio did ok but they should've tried harder to tank

Portland, Indiana, New Orleans are very interesting because they're teams that are in theory still good right now and a top 3-5 pick could change the trajectory of their franchise over night
