Work out challenge!

I been gettin it in but not tracking shit. May go on run tomorrow to get something on paper for ya.
 
So last week, my workout was choreographing a dance for my grade level. I practiced every day and was sweating like a maniac.


I forgot to wear my watch today. I just got done doing a dance workout on YouTube. Hitting the trail tomorrow.

And I lifted 45 Monday and swam 30 minutes Tuesday. Just never think about getting the phone out to take a pic.

Oh yeah, and I walked around Chicago for 4 hours on Sunday. Did a food tour and got a little lost looking for the L train platform.
