OPINION Spinoff: Are you no-fap or pro-fap?

It can absolutely be harmful if you jack off too much. It can harm a relationship you're in, and it can warp your perspective on women and train your mind to objectify them, on some subconscious shit.

Everything is fine in moderation. I posted in that thread yesterday, but I pretty much said that some of the "beneficial" side effects from NoFap are all in your head.

Which is why when doing NoFap, you are basically rewiring your brain back to normal. The side effects are nothing more than your body coming back to its normal state.

I am No Fap for life! and I think porn is bad for the brain, not too long ago I was Pro Fap and proud. I would give myself excuses about why I did it to myself - "well at least I'm not cheating on my girl" but the truth is I was just cheating myself, I was living in a fantasy land and mind fucking all of these pixels on the internet day and night and that shit was draining me of my energy, my mind was focused on nothing but fucking most of the time and if I was out in public I was eye fucking the ladies left right and center, it had become a habit to bash one out in the morning before I got out of bed and drain myself before breakfast then I would do it again at night as soon as the coast was clear, I need to write a book on this shit.

Am I the only cat outchea with enough real sexcapades in my memories that I don't have to rely on porn in any way, shape, or form to get one off???

I have just recently joined the nofap crew. Ive heard about it for a long time, but never paid much attention. Been experimenting with it for a couple months now. Ive been an everyday fapper since the day i discovered fapping so i never realized the negative effects it could have. I started nofap a couple months ago but havent made it passed 14 days. I did a good amount of research this passed weekend and decided im going to give this an honest shot. In those 14 days i didnt fap, after about day 3 or 4 i definitely felt the benefits. More energy, better mood, felt strong as fuck, confidence was building, sex drive was through the roof. I heard you dont experience full effects until around day 90. I started my nofap commitment on 1/22/2018 and plan on nofap for awhile. If the chance of sex arises i will take that shit, but i will not fap. Excited to see what results come up.

I dont cosign rubbin your shit raw but I also dont believe in lettin that shit build up longer than a week

It's great that you started your journey. I've been on and off relapsing here and there, my streak is 20 days. As I mentioned in the other thread, adaptogenic or tonic herbs really helped heal my body while doing nofap. One of the major things you want to eliminate is erectile dysfunction, that will completely better your endurance.

I believe the main thing you want to do during semen retention is to keep busy or to concentrate on a goal to work on until that goal is complete. Alot of athletes especially boxers are very vocal on practicing semen retention before a bout.

Lol boxers are actually why i decided to fully commit to it. I was reading some shit yesterday about how Mike Tyson would practice semen retention in his early days and the dude said its part of what made Tyson such a beast as a lot of other fighters didnt always consider it.

I aint got no problem getting it up, but ive noticed since ive stopped that my thing is working like it was when i was a teenager lmao nh. I just gotta find me a nice young lady to put it to use with. Im hoping no fap will help me with not busting quick. I've read that fapping everyday can make you a quick one and ive definitely had a handful of embarrassing encounters lol. Not everytime, but more than I liked.

I'm somewhere around day 200 no fap right now I'm too lazy to count the days, I noticed the benefits mostly within the first 2-3 months, the benefits are still here with me they are just not as noticeable as when you first get them, also working out with no fap is great, I have just started a 90 day no alcohol challenge to see how that helps me, I'm not a big drinker anyway but when I do drink I feel like it messes up my gym progress so if I do the 90 days I am hoping to see some good results, for you guys who watch porn and fap daily you should definitely give it a try.
