He's a great player statistically, but when it's time to actually win, which is the objective of the game, he's pales in comparison to the other legends.

@Goldie, I woulda hightailed it the phuck out of Cleveland my damn self (although it benefited the Boys & Girls Club, I wouldn't have done no damn ESPN special announcement, in hindsight I do think he would either)!.... That nikka took a bunch of bums (sans maybe Ilgauskas/Big Z) to the NBA Finals in his 4th season @ 22 years old... That squad is easily one of the worst rosters that's ever been in a finals. I know you gotta play who u got and it ain't the other team fault but damn! lol
And then Dan Gilbert played like he was gettin' LeBron some real help by aquiring Antwan Jamison and Shaq (smh) all who were both @ the very twilight of their careers. Gilbert didn't want to spend any real money or resources to get shit done the 1st time, he just wanted to ride LJ til the wheels fell off b/c he was gonn make him shit tons of $ regardless if they won it all or not. This is why context matters.... @ least for me.
Only thing I absolutely don't give James a pass on/for is 2011.

The only issue folks had was "The Decision" and how he handled that. Other than that...I didn't fault him for leaving either.
You're right...Gilbert ain't did shyt to put quality players around James. STILL boggles my mind as to how in THEE HELL that Cavs team...durin his final year b4 he left for Miami...was able to reach the finals.

Our playoff run means everything. Regular season? Meh. I hate to see them be as inconsistent as they have been, but we haven't had a consistent/healthy roster the entire year it seems.
