The baking powder dries the skin out to give it the crispy texture...if you gon use flour, then just dip it in grease

you HAVE to do it as the directions state

can of salmon, old bay, mayonnaise, bread crumbs (or crackers), paprika, mustard, little hot sauce...

roll that shit in some flour...

fry in some oil for like 5 mins on each side...

fire.....
