We must have different definitions of birth control then.
If it's not being used in situations in which the mother's health is in danger, then what other reason would there be to have an abortion other than an unwanted pregnancy?
It's just basic math when you think about it.
If 2+2=4........and 3+1=4......then 4=4.........and 2+2=3+1.
In other words, if birth control is used as a preventative measure for unplanned/unwanted pregnancies.............and abortion is also being used for unplanned/unwanted pregnancies.......then, by default, abortion is a form of birth control since they're both being used for the same thing.
