Juelz Santana Pleads Guilty To Gun Charge: Faces Up To 20 Years (NOW FREE)

This is the issue with the law. Its too black and white.

20 years is way too much for this. Especially cause there is no way they can prove that Juelz was a threat to anyone that day.

Juelz is only guilty of being a damn idiot on this one and being an idiot shouldnt get you 20 years.
This 100%

If you didn't kill, rape, or violate another human being 20 years is ridiculous.

Like give the motherfuckers who poisoned flint 20 years...

Not this dumbass

Is it illegal to try and take a gun on the airplane, foh on that stupid shit about he wasn't trying to hurt anyone. Just because you unknowingly committed a crime doesn't resolve you from facing the consequences. If it was regular joe y'all wouldn't be defending this dumb ass

Damn yet some creepy ass dude that used to write the Green Lantern comic back in the day only got like 6 yrs for kiddy porn. Power of white.

This GIF never gets old... He may need a hammer in prison if he gets violated like this, dude looks petrified lol

"No, like thith"

New York, NY – Juelz Santana is going away for at least two years and some change. During Monday night’s (December 10) episode of Love & Hip Hop: New York, Santana headed to court for sentencing in his weapons case.

Before Santana goes in, he explains to his fiancée and co-star Kimbella that the plea deal would land him behind bars for 27-37 months, but if he headed to trial and was found guilty, he could receive 47 to 57 months.

“This whole situation has been an overwhelming nightmare,” he says. “And even now, it’s coming down to the wire, and I still don’t know what decision I’m going to make.”

After Santana emerges from court, he explains why he decided to take the deal, which he’d been negotiating since August.

“So I decided to take the plea,” he says. “I felt like it was the least selfish choice for my family. I still don’t have no full closure because at the end of the day, I know the final decision is on the judge. He could give me more time than I agreed on. Just when I felt like I was going to be getting some closure, the problems just begun.”

Back in March, the Dipset rapper fled the authorities after Newark Liberty International Airport security found a loaded .38-caliber handgun and unprescribed Oxycodone pills in a carry-on bag with his identification tag inside the luggage.

Santana eventually turned himself in and was charged with carrying a firearm on an aircraft and possessing a weapon as a previously convicted felon.

Elsewhere in the episode, Kimbella confronts Santana about his drug addiction and opens up about how his trial his affecting their family.

The problem is that he's a convicted felon with an unregistered firearm.

He tried to bring a loaded gun on an airplane.

Think over that.

Not even DipSet Juelz Santana, called him L&HH Juelz Santana smh

I'd Wale the fuck outta TMZ and tell them to put some respect on my resume yo

That's unreasonable.

Clearly an absent minded mistake with no ill intentions.

I couldn't take that one....

If I still had millions, judge, prosecutor and my lawyer gotta go.

Put 200k on all of them.

No ones getting off regardless of color with these hits against you:

1.) Felon with a gun
2.) Felon with an unregistered gun
3.) Passing an unregistered gun through airport security
4.) Abandoning a bag at airport security
5.) Abandoning a bag with an unregistered gun at airport security
6.) Abandoning a bag with oxy at airport security.

I don’t know why you assume this to be a minor offense just because you know who the offender is but had this been a regular citizen it would have been on the CNN news cycle for the next week. No ones getting away with this because abandoning your bag is an offense in itself. Let alone when you have all those other ticks against you.

Also mind you when they report these things they’re reporting the maximum possible sentence. It’s highly doubtful he even comes close to that. Judge is already showing leniency letting him perform, travel and what not.

Judge punked you, what’s your verdict.

My verdict is that he didn't get off.

I even said he wasn't going to get anywhere near the maximum sentence like folks were saying. It actually played out almost exactly how I implied it would.

Do y'all read posts of just skim through em
