I was a big fan as a kid but I didn't have any interest in this new series. Maybe if it followed the old crew as adults but I wasn't trying to watch a new high school series as a grown ass man.

I was 12 when the show debuted. And when it debuted I doubt that black men, between the ages of 25-45, was their intended audience. It was a kid's show.
