Technically not in a recession but trying to slow down the economy to reduce inflation means there's a possibility that recession may still be ahead of us. Just too early to say if we're in the clear yet.

Not to mention the jobs reports that factor into their forecasts get revised after the fact and have actually shown that the numbers aren't looking as good as initially reported.
