A UFC style set would be dope but its impossible in boxing.... Its the one thing MMA has over boxing imo...
UFC is a brand, then you got Cage Rage and all the organisations underneath, where the fighters end game is to make to the UFC (and get sh!t pay)...
In boxing you have 1000's of small hall promoters putting on shows everyweek... Then the big boys...
You would effectively need Top Rank, Matchroom, Queensberry, Golden Boy, PBC etc and all the fighters own small promotional companies to disappear for one global brand like to take over... Like BKB in bareknuckle boxing, its never gonna in happen in pro boxing though...
Best we can hope for is the Saudi's putting up so much money that it forces everyone to work together, enjoy the Saudi money whilst it lasts and get the big fights made whilst we can... If Turki has got Eddie and Frank as best friends working together we can the others working together too...
